The landmark ruling by the Delhi High Court to decriminalize homosexuality in India is a step not only in the very right direction, but it also gives respect to the nature’s own-set (freak) hormonal phenomenon which no body can change or alter.

This judgment overturns the 149-year-old that colonial law which had so far been describing the same-sex relationship as grossly unnatural act falling under the term of social offence punishable with jail term for up to 10 years. Strangely, this ‘un-natural’ law was drafted by none other than the same English parliamentarian - Lord Thomas Babington Macaulay [1800-1859] who had strongly advocated for the acceptance of Lord Byron’s philosophy that preached : “Hate your neighbor, but love your neighbor’s wife”.

Hence, Section 377 of I.P.C. deserves to be made redundant except for minors and coercive sex..

How many sexes are there in this world?
There is a very deep secret and a mind-boggling charishma of Almighty God in creating, besides normal men and women—the gays and other unusual sexes. Gone are the days when people like the American poet and journalist , Samuel Hoffenstein [1890-1947], used to say that no more than two sexes existed in the world :

Breathes there a man with hide so tough. Who says two sexes aren’t enough. The poet Hoffenstein was certainly not aware of the existence in society of more than two sexes—besides men and women—viz. the gays, bisexulas, lesbians, and transgenders, otherwise he wouldn’t have written the above poetry titled “The Sexes”. The existence of eunuchs is an additional point—about ‘neutral’ sex.

In his poetry, “Outmoded”, the American poet, novelist, playwright, and anthologist, Alfred Kreymborg [1883-1966], after observing a different variety of human sex, had tried to depict the situation through following lines :

Some sexes change their sexes now, And make a mere man wonder how !
How gays are born?

The basic configuration for the human body and brain of a human foetus in the mother’s womb is always FEMALE. That means every individual to be born in this world initially takes birth as a female.

The adult female is normally identified by its feminine characteristics that also include her sweet voice and glowing breasts, but both the latter characteristics are lacking in the case of MALES. But, since later-stage males were originally born as females, that is why the men variety is also left with some rudimentary female features, in the form of NIPPLES, on the male chest. As a result, every man (male) also possesses remnant mammary glands on his chest looking like suppressed breasts.

In the mother’s womb a foetus that is destined to turn full FEMALE receives a massive dose of OESTOGENS ( female sex hormones, like OESTRONE ), and eventually the foetus comes up as a full-fledged GIRL ; thus a ‘daughter’ sees light of the day. Similarly, 6 to 8 weeks after conception, a foetus that is to come up as a full-fledged MALE, starts receiving a massive dose of ANDROGENS (male sex hormones, like TESTOSTERONE). These male hormones first of all pave the way for the development of testes, and then at second stage, the next dose of androgens alters the brain from a female format to a total male geometry. Thus, a son sees the light of the day.

If the male foetus does not receive enough androgens at the appropriate time, then only two possibilities are left behind. Firstly, a baby may be born with a brain structure which is more (but not fully) masculine. That means, the boy will most likely be a GAY at puberty. Secondly, a genetic boy will be borne with a fully functional female brain, plus a set of male genitals. This person will be a TRANSGENDER or TRANSSEXUAL. This will be a person who is biologically male, but with an all-time female feeling and behavior. Sometimes a genetic male is born with a set of both male and female genitals. In such types of genetic boys, they look like girls, and are also raised as girls by the parents, but only very suddenly at the time of puberty, and to the horror of parents, they find that their DAUGHTER has turned into SON with penis and testicles having clearly developed.

Great are the ways of Almighty God and designs of His chemistry that he has provided to the man. Because of hormonal chemistry of the internal environmental surrounding of the foetus, besides the normal males and females, we also come across the BGLT community—that incorporates BISEXUL, GAY, LESBIAN, and TRANSGENDER personalities. That is why, the 16th century English poet and divine, John Donne [157131631, had rightly said :

Virtue attired in women see and forget the he and she.
Sexual abnormality is all natural ; it can’t be changed or challenged ! The state of sexual confusion in the society at one time had also engulfed the Scottish poet, Thomas Campbell [1777-1844], who was therefore forced to write his poetry titled “Lines on My New Child Sweetheart” ; through this poetry the poet had depicted his confusion as follows :

And so she flirted, like a true. Good woman, till we bade adieu.
The American poet and scholar, Henry Wadsworth Long fellow [1807-1882], in his poetry “Beware”, had also issued a warning about ‘sex confusion’ :

She has two eyes, so soft and brown, Take Care! She gives a side-glance and looks down. Beware! Beware! Trust her not, She is fooling thee !

The American banker and verse-writer, Charles Sprague [1791-1875 ], in his poetry, “Winged Worshippers”, had fully exonerated the gays by declaring them non-sinners, hence, they need not seek any forgiveness from the God or from the society :

Gay-Guiltless pair,Ye have no need of prayer. What seek ye from the fields of heaven? Ye have no sins to be forgiven.

Looking into the hardest of the hard biochemical facts of the human life which is under the total control of mother nature, the verdict delivered by the Delhi High Court is highly laudable, and it deserves to be maintained by the Indian parliament as well as by the Supreme Court , if challenged. No heed should be given to the fiery statements given by the ignorant politicians and various religious leaders who are opposing the High Court’s ruling.

The religious leaders as well as a small number of politicians who are opposing the Delhi High Court’s ruling shear out of ignorance and lack of knowledge of nature’s all-set and ‘circumstantial Human Biochemistry’ must be made to understand that Gays/homosexuals can neither be created by any alleged ‘misguidance’, nor they can be transformed to normal sexual humans by any sort of moral preaching, yoga, or medical treatment. They have to be left to live in their own dignified way. No body has got any right for anything to say. This is because gays/homosexuals are irreversibly born that way.
